Obituary

Madeline M. Biermeier

82, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away January 11, 2009 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born April 20, 1926 in Greenvale, Minnesota, the daughter of George and Edith Parker Callais.

She was a member of the Wiggins Methodist Church in Fayetteville.

Madeline was preceded in death by her husbands, Ronald Biermeier and Leslie Kopacek.

Survivors include one daughter, Marcella Lamm of West Fork, Arkansas; three sons, Larry Kopacek of Stacy, Minnesota, Roger Kopacek, and Terry Kopacek of Plano, Texas; two sisters, Vickie Thomas of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, and Mable Flaherty of Pine City, Minnesota; two brothers, Bob Callais of Livingston, Montana, and Jim Callais of Minnesota; one step-daughter, Charlene Jotbald of St. Paul, Minnesota; one step-son, Michael Biermeier of St. Paul, Minnesota; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held Friday, January 16, 2009 - 1:00 P.M. at the Dirks - Blem Funeral Home in Olivia, Minnesota, with the Rev. Ken Giere officiating.
