Tributes

Mrs.Betty was a great lady. Her family will be in my prayers.I worked at campbell soup with her and later she was my landlord.Funny stories that still make me smile from those times. She wanted to fix my nondefrosting freezer filled with ice.Mrs.betty stuck her head in and when she pulled it out her was stuck in the ice.We helped her get it loose and she got herself together real quick and continued like nothing happened. What a lady! She was loved by so many and will be missed.

I met Betty in High school and we became friends. I married a boy from Elm Springs and that made it even better. Then I went to work at Campbell Soup and there was Betty and Basil. She made the working so much easier. I quit Campbell soup so I didn't see her except at our class functions, but she was so faithful about coming to all the get-to-gathers and you can guess if it was bring a dish she brought several and we always asked her to bring pie. She didn't bring just one but several and different kinds. Her camera was with her and she snapped everyone in our class and at the next function she brought them for everyone to see and have if they wanted them. She was a wonderful person and a good friend. Her happy smiling face will truly be missed. My prayers go with you.
