Billy J. Myers

Billy J. Myers 78 of Colcord, Ok died February 6, 2015 at Circle of Life Springdale, Ar. After an extended illness. He was born February 6, 1937 in Prairie Grove, AR to Christopher and Imogene Moore Myers. He lived his younger years in Lincoln, AR, later moving to Siloam Springs and Colcord, Ok. Graduated from Lincoln in 1955 and served in the U.S. Navy for 2 years. He received a Bachelor degree in business from U of A. Worked many years for Levi Strauss and later La-Z-Boy where he retired from. Preceded in death by his parents. Survivors are his wife Darlene of the home, 3 daughters Crystal, husband Joey Huffaker of Rudy Ar. Sherri Stewart of Texas and April Boggs of Branson Mo. One son Billy J Myers, Jr of Arkansas, one step-daughter Darla and husband Ricky Smith of Colcord Ok and one step-son Marty Nance and wife Cindy of Gentry, Ar. Two step sisters Joy Cortinas and husband Steve of Minnesota and Tiny Sims and husband Rod of Texas, one step brother Billy F Whitmore and wife Jean of Texas. He had 8 grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.
