Gale Franklin Wingate
65, a resident of Fayetteville passed away March 29, 2015 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born August 6, 1949 in Harrison the son of Marvin and Ellen Bernice Wilkerson Wingate.
Gale served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He loved sitting outside on his deck, listening to music reading and riding his harley.
Survivors include his wife Becky Wingate of Fayetteville; three children Jennifer Hayes of Chicago, Illinois, Matthew Thomas of Farmington, and Amber Thomas Black of Bentonville; one sister, Connie Vaughn of Bloomington, Indiana and one brother Randy Wingate of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Trystan Hayes, Kaylee Thomas and Kenna Black.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 4, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the ROTC - Grill (3582 N Hwy 12 - Fayetteville, Arkansas - Ext. 66 off Hwy 49)
