James LaVern Gooing Jr.
70 a resident of Morrow, passed away July 4, 2014 in Fayetteville. He was born April 14, 1944 at Kaysville, Utah, the son of James L. and Iona Elen Norman Gooing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Levi Bryan; one sister Juanita Jane.
Survivors include one son, James L. Gooing III of Siloam Springs; three brothers, Henery Lacey and wife Elwanda of Greenland, Allen Lacey and wife Alice of Siloam Springs, and Dale Lacey of Cody, Wyoming; five sisters, Jean Gooing of Pineville, Missouri, Darlene Lisle of Greenland, Rose Allen husband Robert of Greenwood, Brenda Foster husband Donald of Hindsville, and Sue Ellen of Fayetteville; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. before the service.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 7, 2014 - 1:00 P.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, with Eric Howerton officiating.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Willard Walker Hospice Home P.O. Box 356 - Fayetteville, AR 72702.
