Jay Estes DiCamillo

69, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas passed away December 17, 2016 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born April 22, 1947 in Estes Park, Colorado the son of Dominic and Waunita Cooper DiCamillo

He was preceded in death by parents, one brother, Dominick DiCamillo.

Survivors include is wife Cindy; two sons, Matthew DiCamillo and wife Stacy of Joplin, Missouri, Deno DiCamillo and wife Julie of Farmington; one daughter, Lisa Blevins and husband, Jim of Galena, Kansas; fifteen grandchildren, Salvatore DiCamillo, Elijah DiCamillo, Tobias DiCamillo, Annamaria DiCamillo, Ethan Burgess,Ryne Burgess, Paxton Hoffman-Gray, Giovanni DiCamillo, Luciano DiCamillo, Gabriel Ruiz, Jaynae Ruiz, Dominic Blevins, Ricco Blevins, Marissa Blevins, and Cassidy Blevins; two great grandchildren, Xion Pattyson and Ares Ellis; four brothers, Henry DiCamillo, Paul DiCamillo, David DiCamillo, and Tim DiCamillo.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.at the Luginbuel Chapel

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - 2:00 P.M. at the Church of Christ Farmington, Arkansas, with Mike Raine officiating Burial will be in the Farmington Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital.


Pallbearers will be his Grandsons.
