Tributes

Jesse was an amazing man who had a deep passion for children. He was always there to greet my children, show them God's unconditional love, and to pray for them whenever necessary. I will miss his quick wit and statements during Bishop preaching. Rest in Peace Jesse!

It was an honor and privilege to call Jesse my friend. He had the kindest heart and sweetest spirit of anyone I've ever known. He was such a blessing to so many people. Jesse will be greatly missed.

Jesse you were my best friend and we had a great time goofing around and playing jokes. I love you and I will always remember you and keep you in my heart.

Going to miss those phone calls, he always checked in on me and the kids to make sure we were going to church somewhere. He was the best friend a person could ask for, had the kindest heart of any man I know. He worked in the church nursery for over 20 yrs, he couldn't see but he had two knees to bounce those babies, he was a great babysitter. He will be dearly missed.

Dear Jesse, I'll never forget how we met on the CB I was talking about God and church and you ask me to pick your for church, I found you were living very near us and didn't mind giving you that ride. I later learned that you gone to the May St. church but has fallen away. I'm so glad that I spoke up that day and met you. You were always caring about others and even when I didn't speak you knew when I was standing near you in church. We'll met again soon and this time we will see each other until then 10/4! Your Sis in Christ Vonniebooboo.
