Tributes

Aunt Letha was a very special lady who will be missed by many. She was one who made you feel so welcomed & so loved when you came to see her. No matter what time of day or night you might show up on her doorstep she was always ready to greet you with that warm, beautiful smile of hers. And that laugh....How I will miss hearing that! I will miss being able to call her -of which i didn't do enough of- we would carry on a conversation & then at the end of every call she would always tell you she loved you. She was always ready to show pictures of her family -her kids & her grandkids. They were all so special to her & she was so proud of them. She always wanted to know how my grandkids were doing in their sports. How she loved sports! She loved her family & their family reunions. I had the privilege of getting to go to her last family reunion. It was so amazing at the closeness that they all shared. This is a lady that will be very much missed. Words can't express all that she meant to us, but one day we will be met at the doorway to heaven & that beautiful smile & open arms will be there to greet us.
