Patsy Gilbreath

72 a resident of Lincoln, passed away July 28, 2014 at Prairie Grove Health & Rehab. She was born July 27, 1942 in Lincoln, the daughter of Burl and Dona Shannon Cruikshank.

Patsy worked for many years at the West Washington County Clinic.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Joe Gilbreath, her parents, two brothers, Ernest Lee Cruikshank and Harold Cruikshank, two sisters, Betty Wright and Eva Cohea.

Survivors include her son, Harold Gilbreath and wife Jacinda of Springdale, her daughter, Julie West and husband Steve of Lincoln; two brothers, Kenneth Cruikshank of Lincoln and Rex Cruikshank of Missouri; one sister Anna McCratic and husband Junior of Lincoln; nine grandchildren Hunter, Kaylen, Keisha, Kiera, Jaimen, Abbie, Adrian, Brian and Landon; two great grandchildren Jaelyn and Stetson; her loving care giver Melvin Pergeson; her mother-in-law Chrissie Jo Gilbreath.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2014 - 10:00 A.M. at Summers Baptist Church in Summers, Arkansas. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery in Cincinnati, Arkansas, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
