Rickey Wayne Smith
Age 61, a resident of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born June 11, 1956 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Curtis Wayne and Jephaline (Henson) Smith.
Rickey served in the United States Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his father, one brother Billy Dean Smith and one sister Linda Sue Smith.
Survivors include his two daughters Destiny Ann Smith and Tamara Marie Smith; his mother Jephaline Henson Smith; one brother Roy Lee Smith; one sister Teresa Smith; seven grandchildren; seven nieces and nephews and fifteen great nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 5:00-6:00pm at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.
