I am sorry for your family's loss. I knew Sam as CPL Holcomb when I came to work at WCSO. He helped train me along with Larry Johnson. Sam taught me a lot in my short time at WCSO and I use many of those lessons today at Springdale PD. Sam was always fair, constant and humble. Sam was a great trainer, public servant and mentor. Thank you for your service. A true hero and servant to his community.

Gone but never forgotten. To a friend which over the years I had great times with. It is those times that I will always remember and cherish. I met Sam early in his career before and after he started Law Enforcement. He always shine a bright light on my day, therefore I know his family enjoyed him being there for them. Sam you and your family will always be in my thoughts. God speed my friend.

He will be missed. He was a wonderful husband and step father. There will never be anyone else like him. He will always put people before himself. He was hard working man and always on the go. He was always happy. He never met a stranger. I had a wonderful 11 years with him. He was a real friend, husband, and was always there when I needed someone to talk to. No one could compare their love to ours. I will miss his smile, hugs, kisses, and talking. When god took him he took an amazing angel. I will never say good bye because he is always here with me. He was my one true love an I will always love him til the day I die. No one could ever change the way I love him.
