Bernadine Dorothy Lee

83, a resident of Scammon, Kansas, passed away March 20, 2009 in Girard, Kansas. She was born February 14, 1926 at Richland Center, Wisconsin the daughter of Leon and Gladys Nevel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Lee, one son, Bernard "Joe" Lee; one daughter, Vicky Lee and one grandson, Robert Lodgaard two brothers, Lloyd Nevel and Lyle Nevel;

Survivors include one son, Michael Lee of Lincoln, Arkansas; two daughters, Eldora Turk
of Wausau, Wisconsin and Diane Oplotnik of Scammon, Kansas; one brother, Leon Nevel of Newport Richey, Florida; four sisters, Charlene Kugath of Marengo, Illinois, Marlene McGee of Livermore, California, Veda Fearn of White Water, Wisconsin, Geraline Sherwin of Belvidere, Illinois, five grandchildren, Richard Lodgaard, Katina Hodgson, Jolene Jones, Shannon Lee, and Amanda Jo Lee; six great grandchildren;

Visitation will be held Thursday from 1:00-8:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 P.M.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 27, 2009 - 12:30 P.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with brother Cecil Sugg officiating Burial will be in the National Cemetery Fayetteville, Arkansas.
