Betty Ann Thompson
88, a resident of Lincoln, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024 in Fayetteville. She was born June 12, 1936 in Proctor, Oklahoma, the daughter of Hosea Robert and Minnie Frances (Trippy) Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her parents one son Randy Thompson; eleven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her husband of 72yrs. Luther Thompson; sons, Michael Thompson and Kevin Thompson and wife Donna; one daughter, Laneta Morrison; grandchildren, Brandon, Jermey, Jarod, Kristopher, Karrie, Kory, Kasey, Krystle, Destinee, Jada, Justin, Tabatha and Jessica; nineteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 2, 2024, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM prior to the service at the Luginbuel Chapel.

Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in the Bethesda Cemetery in Morrow, Arkansas. No graveside service will be held at the cemetery.

Betty will be missed. She was a fine Christian, an example for us all. I will really mis her wisdom and kindness. My prayers are with Luther and the family.

Oh Auntie Betty-I will miss getting your yearly Xmas cards! I remember growing up and you lived with Uncle Luther and the kids next to the Tilton River just outside of Morton.
