Tributes

Dear Family, We are so sorry you lost your mom. We thought a lot of both your dad and mom. Your mom really helped me out with my own mother. On the surface, it didn't look like a lot, but she talked to me about what she was going through with your dad and how he was reacting with his sickness. This gave me some peace that I was doing the right thing with my mom. So it was a big thing to me. We miss them both.

Nothing I enjoyed more than first thing every morning to open that door and see that smiling face and get a big hug and kiss, it always made my day. No matter how many times a day I went to see her she was always smiling and of course always had a rice krispy treat or some snack to offer me. We enjoyed donuts together once a week, how she loved her sweets! Always concerned how I was doing. The love I felt from her and the love I feel for her is overwhelming. She was a wonderful person and I miss her so. We have lost and heaven has gained a true angel.

Nammy (as I knew her!) was an amazing person and I am so grateful I had a chance to know her. I was always struck by the kindness and thoughtfulness she always showed her family, who treasured her. No matter how much time lapsed since I last saw her, she always acted like she was so glad to see me, and wanted to catch up on my life. I know she will be greatly missed by the people she touched- she had such an impact on everyone who knew her. I've known her since I was 10 years old, and she always treated me as if I were a family member, which meant so much to me. My condolences to Don, Teresa, Andi, Aaron and Austin on the loss of such a kind, strong woman! - Love, Erin, Dave and family
