Obituary

Billie Marie Kidd, age 86, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away June 5,2013 at her home. She was born June 30, 1926 in Clyde, Arkansas, the daughter of John Hoyt and Rosa Lou Spinks Reed.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her brother, Bryan Reed and wife Jane of Prairie Grove; three nieces, Jan Martin, Gloria Gibbs, and Carlita Drennan; one nephew Billy Joe Reed; her longtime special friend, Lynnwood Holloway.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2013 2:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in Cox Cemetery in Morrow, Arkansas, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.

I will miss you Billie Marie. I didn't call you or come by as often as I should have and you would remind me of that each time you saw me. I used to love visiting you and Uncle Jimmy and eating fried chicken, drawing water from the well and going for a ride in the jeep with Uncle Jimmy. I could always find you at the festivals listening to gospel music. See you on the other side.

My husband and I will miss seeing Billie at the mailbox and at the Harps food store and having short conversations.
