We are so sad to hear of Bill's tragic death. Our thoughts and prayers are with Opal, his girls and his brothers and sisters. We knew Bill through Darrell and Eloise having met him about 30 or so years ago and watched him turn from a young kid to a man who loved his family. May God be with you all in your travels to give him a loving family farewell. Love Harold and Allyne

I want to let you all know that I care and to tell you about a Christmas tree. There is a little Christmas tree growing on the side of the interstate where the wreck happened. It is mysteriously decorated with silver tinsel and garland every Christmas. I look at the little tree every morning when I go to work and I am always glad to see it still there. It is right beside a mile marker and I am surprised it hasn't been cut down. I know it will be there this Christmas fully decorated and I will always remember Billy Ray Parker when I see it.
