Obituary
Bobby Gerald Walden, 55, a resident of Lincoln, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 in Lincoln. He was born July 24, 1968 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Bobby and Phyllis (Cox) Walden.
Bobby, was a dedicated and hardworking individual. His journey began at the Air Force base commissary, where he served diligently as a maintenance worker.
Later in life, he continued his commitment to service as a dedicated employee of Walmart in Little Rock for 13 years.
But it was at Dupri Park in Jacksonville, Arkansas, during a Pathfinders picnic, that Bobby's life took a beautiful turn. It was there that he crossed paths with Michelle, igniting a love story that would span 24 years.
Bobby had a zest for life that was reflected in his hobbies. He had a passion for playing cornhole, always seeking the thrill of competition. Word puzzles were a constant source of enjoyment.
Bobby and Michelle's shared love for miniature golf was a testament to their strong bond, as they created countless cherished memories together.
Above all, Bobby was a loving husband, a true partner to Michelle. His care and affection knew no bounds, and their love was a beacon of light for all who knew them. He extended that same love to his nieces and nephews, leaving an indelible mark on their lives with his kindness.
Bobby's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will be cherished, his spirit remembered, and his love forever.
