Brian Wallace Carlton
Age 53, a lifelong resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born on March 31, 1972, in Fayetteville, the son of Russell Lex and Paulette (Gage) Carlton.
Brian was a proud graduate of Lincoln High School, where he shined as an active member of the Lincoln FFA. His leadership and dedication earned him the honor of Star State Agri Businessman of Arkansas, and he proudly represented Arkansas, as a delegate to the National FFA Convention.
For nearly five decades, Brian faithfully attended Bethany Holiness Church, where he not only found his spiritual home but also served devotedly as Sunday School Superintendent. His steady presence and quiet faith left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Professionally, Brian worked as an engineering designer with Crafton Tull Associates, where his skill, creativity, and attention to detail were deeply respected by colleagues and clients alike.
He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Carlton, and his aunt, Bonita Hill Curtsinger.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Tammy Carley Carlton; three sons, Justin, Luke, and Evan Carlton, all of the home; his mother, Paulette Carlton of Lincoln; and his brother, Jeff Carlton of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Brian will be remembered for his steadfast faith, his devotion to family, and his quiet strength that inspired those around him.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00-6:00 P.M. at Bethany Holiness Church in Westville, Oklahoma.
Funeral service will be held Friday, October 17, 2025 - 2:00 P.M. at Bethany Holiness Church in Westville, Oklahoma. Burial will be in the Bethesda Cemetery in Morrow, Arkansas, there will be no graveside service held.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Guthrie, Keith Wilcher, George Bareis, Chuck Wipf, Tim Goldsmith, and Skeet Forrester.
