97 a resident of Rogers, Arkansas passed away July 23, 2016 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born June 15, 1919 in Black Oak, Arkansas, the daughter of Wylie and Nettie Fields Woodard.

CC grew up and reared her family in the Jonesboro, Arkansas area. She loved to crochet, work in the flower garden and go fishing. She always told people she spit on her worm and that’s how she always caught more fish. She worked many years at a cleaners in Jonesboro. The dress designer for Loretta Lynn and Dolly Pardon lived in Lake City, Arkansas and mother pressed their dresses before they were shipped. She said she had to use the hat press for Dolly's bust (mother always said breastes not bust). She loved her family and tried to always be there when needed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers Olie, Dee and Dillard, one sister Beulah, two sons John Wiles and James Stringer, one grandson Allen Dotter and one granddaughter Judy Wiles.

Survivors include one son Monoid Wiles of England, Arkansas; three daughters Wanda Barton and husband Donnie of Rogers, Arkansas, Connie Respass also of Rogers, and Barbara Dotter and husband Carey of Conroe, Texas; one brother Burl Woodard of Rock Springs, Wyoming; sixteen grandchildren Tina Lawlar, John Wiles, Joe Wiles, Kathy Shaff, Sissi Mangus, Lori Ann Wiles, Junior Wiles, Misty Young, Carla Selvey, Tina Coney, Donny Barton, Ronny Barton, Michael Dale Russell, Denice Gaddberry, Delilah Dyer and Bryan Dotter; thirty seven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday July 27, 2016 10:00 A.M. at McDonald Cemetery near Hogeye, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be: Donny Barton, Payne Sims, Junior Wiles, Michael Russell, David Sims, and Chafin Owens.
