Charles Delmont Green

18, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas passed away February 8, 2008 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born January 16, 1990 at Springdale, Arkansas the son of John and Georgia Adams Green.

Survivors include his parents, John and Georgia Green of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his grandmother, Carolyn Foster of Hyattsville, Maryland; several aunts, uncles and cousins; his best friends forever, David Johnson, Chris Moore, Wolfgang Turner, Josh Reed and Ben Smith and the Prairie Grove High School Class of 2008.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 18, 2008 -10:00 A.M. at the Prairie Grove Christian Church in Prairie Grove, with Craig Laird officiating.

The Family ask in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Razorback Chapter of the MDA 6101 Hwy 271 South Fort Smith, Arkansas 72908
