Charles Lee Perkins
65 a resident of Morrow, Arkansas, passed away November 14, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born May 10, 1946 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of Charles Alvin and Ida Jordan Perkins.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Perkins; three sons, Michael C. Perkins of Springdale, Arkansas, Tommy Johnson of Morrow, Arkansas, Henry Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas; one daughter, Crystal Harris of Morrow, Arkansas; four brothers, Donnie Perkins of West Fork, Arkansas, Billy Perkins of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Earl Perkins and Gilbert Perkins both of Farmington, Arkansas; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 - 2:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with Paul Payne officiating. Burial will be in the Farmington Cemetery in Farmington, Arkansas.
