Obituary

Deborah Sue Lowery

Age 68, a resident of Prairie Grove passed away at her home surrounded by her family on September 9, 2025. Deborah was born February 21, 1957, in Moses Lake, Washington, the daughter of Elemuel Thomas (E.T.) Pannell and Wilma Lee Keller.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Leslie Lowery, her son, Johnathan Pannell, great grandson, Ky'aire Azare Douglas, Carl Craig, her parents, maternal grandparents Francis and Maryanne Keller, and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Martha Ann Pannell

Deborah is survived by one daughter, Mendy Craig of Fayetteville, step-son, Nathan Lowery and wife Cindy Lowery; and step-daughter, Kaise and husband Brad Sargent. A brother, Steven Pannell of Cedarville; and sister Lynett and husband David Vinson. Grandchildren: Christopher Pannell, Christina Sparks, Christian Wolfe, Azharia Douglas, Sydney, Briana and Calley Lowery, Journey and Namiah Boyd, six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends and her fur baby Bridgette.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, September 13th at 10:00 a.m. at Luginbuel Chapel with Bro Paul Young officiating.
