One of the greatest, smartest, strong, most admirable woman I've ever met. I was lucky enough to care, and love her to the last days of her life. She and her life long loving husband had an amazing life. They gave me an acceptance I didn't know possible. She gave me so much love,.. pet my face ,held my hands, called me hers, and never wanted me to leave, Tom always appreciated me, made sure I was careful, always told me " I love you too kid " . They gave me so much more.....I have never seen a greater love, since my Papa & my Granny....something that isn't easily replicated...true love, and dedication does exist.....my Donna my Donna my Donna...Ill see you at the rainbow bridge!
Regina Spinale - Caregiver

Donna, may your path through the rainbow bridge be easy and smooth, and that your spirit feel freedom and love.
Candie Davidson-Goldbronn - Niece

I worked with Donna at LIvermore VA. We were immediately attracted to each other and became very good friends. WAs it because she was an Acting Finance Chief, and I was an Acting Nurse Executive, or because I too had lived in Pittsburgh?
I will always remember our long walks (5 miles every day), and our talks as we walked.
Will remember going to Church with her many times, and remember her very off key singing in Church, which made my off key singing not as noticed :).
Tom was her other side. Not only wedded, but best friends. I know there will be a vacuum in Tom's life, and we send him our love and all of our prayers as he goes on his own personal grief journey.
Good-bye Donna.........you were truly one of a kind, and i will miss you
