Aunt Earline was one of my heroes; she was always gentle and kind. I was always inspired by her hard work and kind sweet spirit. I know that my life has truly blessed to have been touched and inspired by such an awesome Christian influence. She really was the walking talking Christian that we should all strive to be. I will miss her greatly

Earline and my mom, Gladys Morris, were first cousins. Gladys' mom, Ollie Brown Houser and Uncle Alvin Brown were brother and sister. Ollie, my Grandmother visited the Morris family in Farmington many times and we always brought her to see Uncle Alvin and Aunt Jessie. I have been back in Fayetteville for 10 years and have visted cousin Earline several times - she really always seemed like more an aunt to me. I talked with Earline several months ago - June and I was supposed to get over to Lincoln to see her and I do regret not making it. Earline was a great lady and has left a great legacy in her family. She very well may be the last of all the Brown cousins. Earline gave me my first dog in 1947. Virginia Piper called me about Earline's passing.
John Morris - 2nd Cousin
