I loved to hear Erval sing and play his accordion. Even as his sight declined he would sing from deep down in his soul the words God etched in his heart. I still have a picture of Erval and I singing together. And he was always urging me to play the piano. Mom and I will always cherish the memories of attending church with Erval and Pat. He will be greatly missed in this world, but I know he and Jack are rejoicing with the Angels in Heaven as they wait for the rest of us.

Erval was my favorite uncle. I have many fond memories of times I spent with him and Pat and family. I remember he bought my bicycle when I was a young girl. I spent some time with him, Pat, Jeral and Craig in Midland, CA and we would go swimming at Rainos (spelling?) on the Arizona side of the Colorado River. I went to a church camp in Granite Dells, AZ with them. What a special family. I love you all. Judy

Ryan, I only got to know your Dad when he was living in Lakeview but I do know he was a very sweet and kind person. I have walked previously in your shoes with the death of my father and also my mother so I know what you are going through. Someday you will meet again and probably do some fishing if I were to place any bets. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family on this very troubling day.
