Anetta and Belinda, I was so sad to see that Flora passed away. I know she is in a better place now, even so, it is hard to lose someone we love. Flora was a wonderful person and I remember her coming to the house to see my Mom when Mom was an invalid. From what I saw of Flora, she was always doing good, singing at the nursing home in Prairie Grove, visiting those who could no longer get up and out of the house. I loved your Mother so much, and hate I did not get to see her in the last few years. I am sorry to say that I cannot come to the funeral. Anetta, do you remember the 2 set of twins I brought to your house, the 2 oldest will be 18 on the 10th. The youngest set is 16 now. I wish they could have know Flora, but their mom, my daughter would not always let me take the kids out of state, to see family. I Love you both very much, and considered all of you family from the 1st time I ever saw all of you. Love to all, and would love to see you. My phone number and my address is attached so you can contact me. I have misplaced my address book, can't find it anywhere, and of course, you names and phone numbers were in it. Love Pat

I don't remember the date we met Flora in the Unit at Windcrest, but I will never forget the day. We went into the Unit to minister to the residents and we were ministered to by Miss Flora. Her smile was contagious and unforgetful. She was such a sweet lady and left no doubts about her love for her Lord. We will never forget Miss Flora. Praise God for allowing us to meet her and be blessed with her smile. Abundant Life Teaching Ministry.

I met Flora in January 1980 when I started working at Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park. Flora loved the Lord and she lived for the Lord daily. Belinda and Annetta, I know what you're going thru because I've gone thru it myself but I know without a shadow of a doubt she is in Heaven and is singing his praises. Phil. 4:13

Flora was a wonderful, caring person. We appreciated the way she cared about Hazel and would visit her especially when she was an invalid. Flora was always giving of herself and loved to sing religious songs. She will be missed so much, but we will see her again in heaven.

To Flora's family, I was so sorry to hear this morning of Flora's passing. She was a wonderful lady who I knew through the park. We visited many times and she made a period dress for me to wear when giving the house tours that she loved so much. Her christian influence was a testmony that she will forever leave behind.
