CARLISLE, Frank - Frank Carlisle died at Farmington Monday evening
as the result of an operation for appendicitis performed two weeks ago.
James M. Brooks, also of Farmington, died the same day of pneumonia. He
was 50 years of age and was reared in Madison County, having moved to
