Harold Dwight "Butch" Shipley
Obituary
Harold Dwight Shipley, known to his friends as Butch died suddenly from heart failure after a routine surgery on October 24, 2016. He was a longtime resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, the only
child of Nellie and Burl Shipley.
He was a devoted son and husband, an avid fisherman, photographer, drag racer and racing fan. Born July 5, 1953 he had a long and varied career working lastly at Lincoln Body Shop before retirement.
Butch is survived by his wife Brenda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to help defray unexpected medical expenses.
The family will receive friends on Saturday October 29, 2016 12:00 p.m. at the Rhea’s Mill Community Building.
Burial was in Rhea Cemetery.
