Annette & Nancy Whitehouse - Best Friends

Butch was a life-long friend, known him since he was 9 years old and I was 11. Never forget our overland trek to Fort Smith with the intention of rafting on the Arkansas River (like Tom and Huck)
He was a good friend and husband to my sister for which we will always be grateful.
Lee Roy
Lee Remington - Friend And Brother-In-Law

Butch taught me a lot about taking care of my family and myself. I always knew he would do anything for us.
I'm going to miss him.
Bobby Martin - Son

Butch was the best of brothers. He was never mean to his sisters or to anyone. He loved to read, tell jokes, and eat. He liked company and animals. his teasing was gentle with lots of smiles. i love you brother, Doris
Doris Willis - Sister

I loved my brother so much. I told him I prayed and asked God what was the lesson I was to learn from him, God said to look at Butch's strength and to see how he came out of some hard places and did what he needed to do. Butch replied that "when things seem hard, take one step and stand still until you can take another step" Then he told me "I think I had a pretty good run. I had Lois, and I raised a couple of good kids" Thank you, my brother. I'll be seeing you.
Caroll Ann - Sister
