Hermon was a best friend in my time at Burger Land. On slow days we’d stand around and wait to see his truck pull in and whoever seen him first would say “There’s Hermon!” He always had the warmest hugs and a listening ear whenever you needed it. He had a laugh that would clear the restaurant and was loved by many. Sending love and support to the family and “grandma” Miss Juanita ??
Kristianna Dersam - Burger Land

Hermon was one of about seven tru friends that I had the privilege to know in my 90 years. I had a lot of acuaintences but a true friend is something a whole lot different. You will be missed.
George schooler - Friend

Hermon was a very dedicated man of God who taught our Sunday School Class at Calvary, Summers for the past few years. He very rarely missed a service. He enjoyed teaching and sharing his wisdom of the Bible. He always had a smile on his face, hugs to pass around, made us laugh at his jokes and a genuine friend to all. Heaven gained a true gem! Christians do not say goodbye, so we will see you again dear friend and we will be missing you terribly in the meantime. We thank God for all the blessings you brought to our church and to our lives.
Danny & Paula Beard - Friend

Oh Mama Juanita! We are so sorry about Uncle Herman.....We are so sad. When He and Billy would get together, the trucking stories would start! I loved him for his faith in God, his knowledge of The Word and his smile. We sure will miss that man. Prayers for all of his family and friends....we will be so lonesome for him.
Dianna and Billy Payne - friends

Herman was such a dedicated man of God . Always enjoyed seeing him at the Reese Cemetery decoration .
It seemed he was always doing for others . To his family he will be missed . But if he could tell us one thing it would be his race is over . For that I am happy for him .
