Obituary

Howard Dale Branch, 77, a resident of Farmington, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025 in Farmington. He was born August 29, 1948 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of James Henry and Geneva (Cole) Branch.

Howard served in the Air Force in Vietnam and later retired from the U.S. Navy Reserves - Seabee's. He was a member of the American Legion. His greatest joy was his love and pride in his boys. He would constantly brag about his boys, their families and growing grand children.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Diane Branch, parents, brothers, Jim and Roger Branch.

Survivors include his sons, Robbie Branch (Michelle) and Travis Branch (Shawnda) brother, Johnny Branch (Carrie); sister, Norma Hooten; grandchildren, Stephanie Lee-Welsh (Jesse) Skyler Branch (Blaire) Kristalin Barnard (Ryan) Kyra Weaver (Mason) and Haleigh Allison (Easton) seven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday, December 14, 2025, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Private Interment will be at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

I was fortunate enough to have gotten to know Howard these last few months.He was a great guy with a sense of humor. He would brag about his kids and grandkids. He loved honeybuns. He is and will definitely be missed daily. Thoughts and prayers for family and friends.
