James Paul Leach
72 a resident of Lincoln passed away June 6, 2016 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. He was born September 27, 1943 in Lincoln, the son of Charley and Hazel Yorty Leach.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
Survivors include his long time companion Sarah Hittson; one daughter Lisa Faye Groves and husband James McCratic of Farmington; two sons James Paul Leach Jr. and wife Darlene of Lincoln and Charles Shannon Leach and wife Megan of Cincinnati, Arkansas; eight grandchildren Samantha, Timothy, Stephanie, Kimberly, Justin, Benjamin, Kyle and Kayden; seven great grandchildren Michelle, Lily, Racheal, Christopher, Kambren, Traven, Daryl, Keiton.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Friday June 10, 2016 10:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church in Lincoln with burial in Bethesda Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Gary Davis, Willie Leming, Timothy Leach, Aaron Asher, Dalton Asher, Ronnie Sampley and Damian Asher.

Sarah,
I am so sorry for your loss. James was one of a kind and a very special man to all that knew him. He will be missed by ALL who knew him. I've known him since 2001 when I came to work at the Farm Service Agency and always looked forward to his office visits and especially looked forward to our visits to your place.
We all loved hearing stories about Carrot Top and all of yall's other special animals!
I am praying for you to find joyful memories in this difficult time.
