Jimmy Don DeVault

72 a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, went to be with his Lord on April 27, 2011 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born April 12, 1939 in Crosses, Arkansas, the son of William Lloyd and Annabelle Ritchie DeVault.

He was a member of the Farmington United Methodist Church, and retired as Maintenance Supervisor from Farmington Public Schools in 2001.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Judd Wayne Stevens.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Martha DeVault; two daughters, Lisa Stevens and her husband, Wesley and Donna Speegle and her husband, Phil all of Farmington, Arkansas; two brothers, Bill DeVault and his wife, Marsha of Prairie Grove, Arkansas and Joe DeVault and his wife, Diane of Farmington, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, Josh Stevens and his wife, Shonna, Jo Beth Stevens Graham and her husband, Tyler, Jordan Stevens, Jackson Stevens, Christian Campbell and her husband, Jacob, Taylor Speegle and his wife, Jill and Cara Speegle; two great grandchildren, Bryce Stevens and Danielle Kelly; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 29, 2011 - 3:30 P.M. at the Farmington United Methodist Church in Farmington, Arkansas, with Rev. Justin Ledbetter officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to the Farmington Sports Complex payable to the City of Farmington, P.O. Box 150 Farmington, Arkansas 72730. Please note on memo line “in memory of Jim DeVault”.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Larry Carter, Gary Carter, Dick & Bonnie Haegele, Randy & Peggy Lynch, and Maurice Easterling.
