John Lee Reed

70 a resident of Fayetteville, passed away September 22, 2013 in Fayetteville. He was born October 4, 1942 in Lincoln, Arkansas, the son of Archie Benton and Ester Lou Collins Reed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Doris Reed, and his brother in law, Hugh Mahaffey.

Survivors include one son, Johnny Mitchell Reed of Little Rock, Arkansas; two daughters, Deborah Lou Barber and her husband, Aaron of Clovis, New Mexico and Sonia Reed of Booneville, Arkansas; two sisters, Joann Mahaffey of Fayetteville, and Bonnie Haegele and husband, Richard of Cane Hill; two brothers, Archie Leonard Reed and wife, Irene and William Howard Reed and wife, Ginger both of Cane Hill; two granddaughters, Debra Michelle Reed and Brooklyn Alexis Barber.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 - 10:00 A.M. at the Clyde Community Church. Burial will be in Cox Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
