Juanita Pierce Hinds
Obituary
Juanita Hinds
Our precious aunt passed away peacefully at her home in Katherine's Place on March 15, 2026 at the beautiful age of 101.
She was born in Strickler, Arkansas on September 14, 1924 to Charles “Edward” and Emma Mae Pierce. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister Cleta Bartholomew Traylor and one brother Roy Pierce. Her first husband Glen Wright and second husband Wayne Hinds.
She is survived by her nephews Rick and Dee Bartholomew, 2 step sons Bob Hinds from Claremore, OK and Kim and wife Susie Hinds of Guymon, OK, many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
A very kind lady who loved to shop, travel and visit family and friends. She always loved to have visitors though they were few. She was always excited when Christina flew in from California and Toni and Terri would drive in from Oklahoma to visit. She considered Katherine's Place staff and residents her family and friends. She loved them all. She loved when Rick would take her shopping and out to eat and when Cindy would bring her homemade baked goods. Thanks to Katherine's Place in Fayetteville, AR, and a special thanks to Nikki Sugg and Luginbuel Funeral Home for all of your care and kindness.

Cleta Goodhart - Great niece

I will always remember her for her great sense of style and great taste in her fancy cars. Dreams of being just like her when I was growing up was the goal. I will miss her smile and laughter for sure. She is dancing through the streets of Eureka Springs now. Love you Aunt Wanda
