Julie and I were co-workers two separate times, from 1976-78 and 1981-84. She continued on at the newspapers after I left and accomplished things I had only hoped to. She was an old soul, a hard worker, and with a wit that would leave you in awe. My thoughts are with her entire family.

As I heard this, I remember back when Julie was our neighbor and Steve you were just small. Joel when you grew up, you moved and then married into our family. Good memories. Julie was a caring soul and loved people. She raised two nice young men. Sending my condolences for all your families and also my prayers for you to have a peace and comfort in this hard time. My prayers to Al also.
