Laura LaVerne Hester
81 a resident of Farmington, Arkansas passed away August 2, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born November 28, 1929 in DeQueen, Arkansas, the daughter of Bence and Lena Luster Brown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Hester and her father, Bence Brown.
Survivors include three children, Chris Hester of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Pam Kennan of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Brett Hester of Farmington, Arkansas; her mother, Lena Brown of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one sister, DeVelle Williams of Marshfield, Missouri; four grandchildren, Laura Bennett, Jill Jorgensen, Travis Hester and Peri Hester; six great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 6, 2011 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with Preston Beeks officiating. Interment will be in the Farmington Cemetery in Farmington, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be: Chris Hester, Brett Hester, Steve Kennan, Travis Hester, Justin Jorgensen and Brad Bennett.
