Leonard Leon Cox
Age 65, a resident of Summers, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022 in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born March 7, 1957 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of Hermon and Juanita L. (McClain) Cox.
Leonard worked at Franklin Electric for fifteen years and had worked at Gates prior to that. He has worked on the farm after leaving the factory jobs.
He was preceded in death by one brother Michael Dean Cox.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years Geraldine Cox; three daughters Lisa Pack and her husband Tim, Carrie McBane and her husband Tommy, and Kimberly Holt and her husband Tim; his parents Hermon and Juanita Cox; one brother Stephen Cox and his wife Mary; ten grandchildren Jesse, Destiny, Hayden, Tesa, Dakotah, Draven, Kaydance, Ayden, Gavyn, and Trevyn; four great grandchildren Jake, Justin, Hayzlie, and Kyson; one niece Brittney Sanford and one nephew Aaron Cox.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 9, 2022, 7:00-8:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 10th, 2022, at Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Bethesda Cemetery in Morrow, Arkansas, there will be no graveside service held.

Leonard was always a kind a pleasant person. We went to the same school and was neighbors. Riding the bus with Leonard was always a fun time. Prayers for your family.

Hauled hay with Leonard a few times, remember him on third base and first, believe he was an "end" in football, and coach "Big Brown" really missed him when he was injured playing basketball. RIP Leonard
