Lewis Lee Workman
26 a resident of Prairie Grove passed away April 3, 2013 in Farmington from injuries sustained in a automobile accident. He was born November 14, 1986 in Fayetteville, the son of Edward Lee McGuire and Nita Smith Murray.
Lewis was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lewis and Clophas Smith, sister, Rachel Ann Tollett and uncle Michael Lewis Smith.
Survivors include his wife Brittany Dobbs Workman; his three children, Tabor, Kayden and Colton; his mother, Nita Murray of Garfield; his father, Edward McGuire of Morrow; his step father, Dennis Workman of Evansville; two sisters, Alicen McIntyre of Greenland and Bethany Workman of Evansville; four brothers, Michael Workman of Lincoln, Adam Workman of Springdale, Nathan Tollett and Jason Tollett both of Lincoln.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 - 10:00 A.M. at Cove Creek Holiness Church in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Lewis Workman Memorial fund at any Simmons First Bank 703 East Douglas Prairie Grove, Arkansas 72753.
