Tributes

Grandma/Mema was a wonderful lady whom we all loved dearly. Alzheimers took her from us slowly but surely and we have all missed her for 15 years. She is with the Lord and Papa now....happy to spend all of eternity by their sides. While we will miss her here on Earth, she is in a place now where she knows everything and everybody. We love you Grandma!!
Margaret "meg" Smith - Granddaughter
Mother...what can I say but I love you. You were style, grace and love my whole life. You worked hard so that Gary and I could have the best of everything. You loved to travel and we used to kid you about being able to tell the airline and destination of planes 10,000 feet up. Sadly, your three younger grandchildren only got a short time with you, before dementia took you away from us. But, Laura and Leah knew the full extent of your love and it will be their legacy. You are now at rest with the Lord and with Daddy. Oh, what a glorious reunion that must have been! I love you, Mother. Cheryl Lynne

My prayers and thoughts are with your family.

The last years of your life were an agony to us because we knew the real you - not the lifeless thing you had become, robbed of your memories and the ability to feel emotion and love. I know you are now with my father and those who loved you when they were here on earth. I look forward to the day when I can rejoin you and we can be really together, forever.
Gary Gibney - Son
Margaret,I remember when we first developed our friendship, riding the bus to and from work. I remember how you wanted me to meet your son Gary who was in the military. Gary and I did finally meet, and we were married. We had three children and our family continues to grow with grand children. You always did say you personally picked me for your daughter-in-law. How fortunate I was to have married into such a wonderful, loving family. Thank you for loving me as your daughter and especially thank you for my husband, Gary. I have really missed you these last few years, but the memories you gave me have never left my heart. My love for you will continue to grow.
Donna S. Gibney - Daughter-In Law
