I have many fun memories of Mrs. Rice. She was a kind gentle person. She was very tolerant of teenage girls I remember especially well. Very sorry for your loss. What a lovely family portait album.

I am sorry to say I did not know Mrs. Rice, but I knew the name of her late husband, Dallas Rice. My Grandmother Leales Fidler married Forrest Rice. He was the only Grandfather I ever knew. I only remember seeing him a few times after they moved to California, but he was the only Grandpa I do remember. I was fortunate to see Grandpa and Grandma Rice in the 70's at a family reunion since the doctors had given Grandpa only 6 months to live. We all met at Lake Wedington and I was able to have 1 last picture taken of both my Grandparents and me. I cannot remember if I ever met Dallas, I guess I was just too young at the time.
I wish I could have know Mrs. Rice, I am sure I would have liked her too.
Our Prayers are with you all during this trying time.
Love and Prayers,
