Obituary

Matthew Patrick Miller was born on St. Patrick's Day, March 17th 1988, bringing so much joy into his family. Matt passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. As a child, Matt went with non-stop enthusiasm for life. Matt loved playing in water so much, it was hard keeping him out of the baptismal at church. In school, he enjoyed T-ball, baseball and football he also achieved Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts. He graduated a year ahead of his class in 2005 and went straight into higher education to earn an Associates Degree in Business Administration. He returned to walk with his Greenland High School class of 2006, proud to wear his favorite color and the color of his Alma Mater green. Matt had a passion for electronic gaming and enjoyed cars. He was always quick to smile, laugh and joke. Matthew loved fishing and firearms marksmanship. He loved his family and friends deeply. It hurts so much the he is gone, but we know Jesus has taken away the pain and struggles of this world and has prepared a wonderful place for Matt where we will join him again.

I have fond memories of Matt as a boy. Always giggling and laughing. He had one of those belly laughs that would bring a smile to anyone's face. He always acknowledged me when I came to visit at his family home and at the flea market, with a kind word. I know he knew he was loved. May God give you comfort and peace during this heartbreaking journey. Love to all of you. In the name of Jesus our Lord, God bless you, amen.
