Shirley, I know the sorrow you are experiencing now since Imogene went through the same illness. It is an illness that affects not only its victim, but all those that love them. You are in my prayers. Milt was a great guy and you know you have always been like one of my own daughters. When you were raising chickens, I could have adopted you then.
Roy Spriggs - Friend
Shirley, I'm so sorry that Milt and my mom both got Alzheimer's and both died within a month of each other. I feel like I can honestly tell you I know the pain and suffering you have gone through. Alzheimer's takes big pieces of the whole family. It crushes our hearts and leaves us asking questions such as 'why'? I really loved Milt and loved to see his beautiful smile. Even after he had Alzheimer's for quite some time, he still had his big beautiful smile. You were so dedicated to him and I admired you so much for that...your love for him was so apparent! We will all miss Milt.
Sandra Masters - Sister-In-Law
Aunt Shirley I'm so sorry I can not be there with you as you go through one of the hardest times in your life. I wish I could give to a big hug :) Uncle Milt came into our lives and embraced each one of us with open arms. I will truly miss his warm smile and great big heart. I LOVE YOU.
Michele Poole - Niece
Milton was always very polite and loving to me and my daughter Gabrielle. He welcomed us into his family with open arms, and we will always remember him for with love. My wife Kristine loved him very much and always thought of him as the great man that he was.
