Opal Eversoll Cavin
84, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas went to be with her Lord September 26, 2006, at Stilwell, Oklahoma. She was born December 15, 1921, at Evansville, Arkansas, the daughter of William Dale and Lenora Longwith Reed.
She was a sixty five year member of the Vineyard Community Church near Evansville. She is survived by a host of friends and relatives, not to mourn her passing but to praise the Lord for whom she is looking forward to being with.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Henry "Hank" Eversoll and B. Cavin; her parents; one sister, Polly Eversoll; one son in-law Dwayne Burrows.
Survivors include one son, Ted Eversoll and wife Lou Ann of Dutch Mills, Arkansas; three daughters, Pat Worth and husband Darrell of Spokane, Washington, Joy Parker and husband James of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Jan Adair and husband Larry of Stilwell, Oklahoma; one sister, Geraldine Harpool of Wichita, Kansas; five grandchildren, Debbie Jackson, Shawna Vaughan, Kelli Radtke, Anesa Hooper and Carter Adair; eight great grandchildren, Jack and Hannah Patten, Cash, Chase and Caden Vaughan, Sydney and Kelsey Hooper, and Rebecca Radtke.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 29, 2006 - 10:00 A.M. at the Liberty Baptist Church, Dutch Mills, Arkansas, with Jack Thompson, David Harris and Eugene Kester officiating. Burial will be in the Dutch Mills Cemetery, Dutch Mills, Arkansas.
Memorial may be made to the Vineyard Community Church in care of Judy Winsted 19563 Vineyard WC 2 Cane Hill, AR 72717 or Liberty Baptist Church 22358 Dutch Mills Rd. Lincoln, AR 72744.
Pallbearers will be Eugene Kester, Bill Barton, Roger Eversoll, Junior Kimble, John Whilhite and Eddie Winsted.

I DIDN'T SPEND ALOT OF TIME WITH NANA, BUT I HAVE FOND MEMORIES. I ALWAYS THOUGHT SHE WAS SUCH A STRONG AND BRAVE WOMAN. I LOVE TO HEAR THE STORIES OF HER RIDING HER LAWNMOWER, KILLING THE BLACK SNAKES AND SHOOTING THE GOPHERS. MY KIDS, JACK & HANNAH, HAD ONLY MET HER ONE TIME. THEY STILL TALK ABOUT OUR TRIP THERE WHICH WAS ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO. THEY ALSO ENJOY THE STORIES AND CAN'T BELIEVE SOME OF THE CRAZY THINGS THEIR NANA DID. We remember Opal as a very godly lady. Everytime she was so neat & courteous to everyone. It was always a Joy to get to visit with her. I talked to her many times when staying at Mom's. She kept me up-to-date on each of you children & grandchildren.She was proud of her family and loved all of you very much. Someday we will go on home too.
