Diane, Kim, and the rest of the family, I am so sorry about your mom. I can't even begin to imagine what a difficult time this is for you right now. Peggy told me many times how much she missed Sonny, so at least it's a comfort to know that she's back together with him forever now. Please know that you're all in my thoughts and prayers, and if there is anything I can do, please let me know. Love, Laura

Peggy was a good friend. During our middle school years, we got to go fun places, had sleep-overs, and later we went to 'beauty school' together. I hope she enjoyed a good, full life.

Words will never express the sadness we have when we lose a friend, but Peggy is hopefully in a better place and with loved ones gone on before.... she will be missed and we will forever remember her for her wit, caring, loving ways.... to her Mom I can only say Peggy loved you dearly and to Pauline you were always a wonderful sister to Peggy and she loved you... to her children and grandchildren... you were the light of her life other than Sonny, she cherished the good time and you should hold on to those memories as she did... hold on to and share with future generations the good times.. and know we are here for you if you need us...we love you all and we hope this bring you all closer than you have ever been because you children will need each other now... God Bless and God give them the strength to make it through this sad time...

My mom went to school with Peggy back in the '60's. Peggy and I lived as neighbors one year, and she was always helpful and friendly towards me.I was injured at the time and Peggy helped my mom keep an eye on me. We did appreciate her!Always remember her caring and helpful ways. and her twinkling eyes and smiles. May God Bless your family and keep you strong knowing she went to be with her Lord, and Sonny too! Courtnie B

I am saddened by the loss of Peggy. In the last few months we had visited back and forth quite a bit and gotten to know each other as the older adults we are. She was so proud of her family and talked of them to me alot. She knew my kids too and we shared alot of stories. Remember how much she loved you all. Carolyn Latta Bartholomew
