When my son learned sign language as a teenager, I never understood why he showed such an interest in it until he met the love of his life, Mary Van Noy. From the first, Darren could communicate with Mary's family. I knew then that God had prepared him to be a part of Mary's family. I will always be grateful to Sam and Ruth Van Noy for the wonderful parents they were to my daughter- in-law and the wonderful grandparents they were to our three grandchildren, Trina, Crystal and Caleb. God be with you all.
Joyce Reynolds - Darren's Mom

Sam will always be remebered by me as a quiet, gentle man. He was always very hospitable with my family when we came to Tulsa to visit over the yrs. It was all very appreceated because he didnt have to. Thankyou so much. We love you aunt Ruth. Always a sweet attitude and one I have always looked up to as an example of Christ and his love. Thankyou both with much love. God bless and keep till we meet again over there and carry on a lenghty conversation as we all set around the throne of God.
