Theodore "Ted" Farris
84 a resident of Cane Hill, passed away November 13, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 8, 1931 in Tontitown, the son of William Carl and Macy Danner Farris
Ted was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Ed and Albert, two sisters Margaret and Beatrice and one great grandson Tanner Jacob Smith.
Survivors include his wife Cheryl Jane Farris; five sons John Wilhite (Rhonda) and Leon Farris (Tiffany) of Evansville, Tommy Farris (Carolyn), Tracy Farris (Brigette) and Tony Farris all of Springdale; grandson Mason Farris (Tamara) of Cane Hill; six daughters Laura Hofmann (Don) of Jonesboro, Christie Chu (Keanee) of Concord, California, Terry Hernandez (Polo) of Cane Hill, Teresa Bond (Thomas) of Prairie Grove, Rebecca Marlow (Robbie) of Colcord, Oklahoma and Mary Patton (Gary) of Cane Hill; one brother Jack Farris (Joyce) of Springdale; two sisters Anne Wood (Herbert) of Boise City, Oklahoma and Mary Angel of Lakin, Kansas; twenty six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015 - 10:00 A.M. at Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills with burial in Bethesda Cemetery.
