Theresa Lynne Dilatush, 61, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away on April 22, 2026. Born on January 14, 1965, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Theresa lived a life defined by devotion to her family, her faith, and her work. After leaving college, Theresa worked in sales within the communications industry. Theresa later founded her own financial firm, where she served as president and owner for more than 20 years. Through her work, she demonstrated determination, leadership, and a genuine desire to help others achieve stability and success. Above all, Theresa cherished time with her family. She found joy in gatherings both large and small, in quiet moments of conversation, and in shared traditions. Her faith was a guiding force in her life, and she was always ready to offer encouragement, kindness, and support to those in need. She was preceded in death by her father, Kendall Gatrell. Theresa is survived by her mother, Sharon Gatrell of Fayetteville, AR; her sister, Kendra Burnett, of Siloam Springs, AR; her husband Andy Dilatush of Fayetteville, AR; her children, Emily Cassidy and husband Josh of Portland, OR, Andrew Dilatush of Fayetteville, AR, Rachel Simpson and husband Tyler of Fort Collins, CO, Abbey Dilatush of Loveland, CO, and Sarah Dilatush and fiancé Matthew Marciante of Fayetteville, AR; and her grandson, Roland Cassidy.
