78, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born March 20, 1947 in Winslow, Arkansas, the daughter of William Oliver and Ethel Florence (Roz) McKenzie.


She will be remembered for her love of cooking, her talent for knitting, and her joy in discovering treasures at yard sales and auctions. She found happiness in simple pleasures and took pride in sharing her skills and time with others. Her warmth, generosity, and creative spirit touched the lives of all who knew her and will be fondly remembered.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband William ''Leon'' Phillips.

She is survived by two sons, Roy Phillips (Lorrie) and Clinton Phillips (Dianna); one sister; Ellen Phillips; two sister-in-laws Sue Vickery and Debbie Hudson; two brother-in-laws Dwight Phillips and Gary Phillips; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 31, 2025, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home prior to the service.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Howell Cemetery in Hogeye, Arkansas. There will be no graveside services.
