Obituary
William Stan “Stanley Fred” Miller, 79, of Fayetteville, went to be with our Lord Monday, October 8, 2012.
He was born February 19, 1933 in Miami, Texas, the son of Joe and Norma Miller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Novelle Miller; a son, Dennis Miller and his step-father, Ewell Cowan and step-mother, Millie Miller.
He was retired from the service department at Lewis Ford in Fayetteville.
He is survived by a son, Steve Miller and his wife Kathy Ann of Fayetteville; a daughter, Kathy Miller of the home; a daughter-in-law, Mary Miller Jacob and her husband Clark of Tulsa, OK; a sister, Bobbie Jo Edwards of Albuquerque, NM; four grandchildren, Mendy Robinson and Scott Miller, both Tulsa, OK and Melissa Guinn and her husband Kevin and Stefanie DePew and her husband Craig, both of Farmington, AR and six great-grandchildren, Joey Gardner, Madeline Robinson, Samantha Robinson, Sydney Guinn, Taylor Guinn and Olivia DePew.
Visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 10 at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church in Fayetteville with burial at Farmington Cemetery, under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
Memorials may be made to the Children’s Fund at Calvary Baptist Church, 1410 Porter Rd., Fayetteville, AR 72703.
